We are located at milepost 27 on Highway 99W about one half mile south of Dundee.

We know that the traffic in Dundee can become very extreme and frustrating. Thankfully, they are working on the bypass that will reduce the back up caused by the 'bottleneck'. During this time, we are experiencing increased construction traffic on HWY 99 leading up to our facility. We have listed a couple of alternate routes with maps below the traditional routes that can make your trip to Tail Wag-Inn less traffic-ridden.

Traditional route, coming from the Newberg/Portland area,
get on 99W and head south.

Please watch the speed signs once you leave Dundee. It will accelerate from 35mph to 45mph, then to 55mph. Then there will be a big dip in the road. We are located on the right hand side at the bottom of the dip. There is a state "Do Not Pass" sign at the bottom of the hill, immediately before our driveway.

Our entrance is marked with a large sign that is visible only as you get to the driveway. Come all the way to the end of the driveway. We have plenty of parking outside our office.

Alternate Route: From Lafayette:

Traditional route, If you are coming from the McMinnville or Salem area, you can use the highway 18 by-pass, drive toward Dundee/Newberg and merge onto 99W. Watch for our sign!

We will be on your left about 3 miles past where the roads merge. Please drive carefully. If you pass us, you can easily drive a mile up into Dundee and safely turn around.

Take your loved pets here!
November 11, 2005

I was impressed by the high quality of care that cats and dogs get at this boarding and grooming place. It reminded me of a daycare, except this is for animals. Basically, the workers (as well as the owners bringing in the animals) treat the cats and dogs with love- they get time to play, snuggle, hug, snack, walk, and bathe.

The location is very easy to find-
it's right off the main Hwy 99. There are large indoor and outdoor runs, so even when the weather isn't nice, the animals still have enough place to run around. This is a great grooming and boarding option for those who love their pets.
